Joseph Kieren

Joe was born in Negaunee, Michigan . At the age of 5, along with his two older sisters were moved to Southern Wisconsin. Joe attended local schools, at age 15 he earned the Eagle Scout Award. Joe met his wife and they were married in 1982. Following the wedding they left Wisconsin and relocated to Covina, California.

Joe was employed by AT&T in 1984 and enjoyed a 31 year career with AT&T. During those years he had an opportunity to manage & lead some key projects. Joe with others lead teams to successfully complete California legislative bill 271 (AT&T long distance CPUC approval). In addition to State approval, Joe managed several projects to meet the FCC long distance requirements , creating 4 patents to solve network issues. Joe organized & lead a team of engineers to develop/invent a state of the art data center infrastructure. AT&T currently deploys that model of infrastructure all over the world. Joe has lead Natl and International AT&T teams.

After retirement in 2013, Joe and his wife Rose, started a small entertainment business in San Ramon ( They produce & promote Tri Valley Talent. Joe is a musician, rides a Harley and loves to travel.
