Laura has lived in the East Bay for over 20 years and has played violin since she was four. Having a three Broadway actresses in her family, Laura volunteers regularly in both theater and women in STEM. Currently Laura is an executive communication advisor and has 20+ years professional experience in advocacy, policy, government affairs and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical, chemical and downstream manufacturing industries. She has been an adjunct professor in the College of Science at California State University East Bay, lecturing in the College of Science in the subjects of geology, the environment and climate change. She earned her B.S. in Natural Science from the University of Texas and an M.S. in Business and Environmental Management from the University of Houston. Laura joined the San Ramon Arts Foundation in 2019.
